Fractionalised Real Estate is an investment option available to CastleCoin users which allows you to purchase a fraction of an asset or property rather than the whole thing.
In simple terms, a property or real estate asset is broken into 'fractions' or shares which are then made available investors. Think the traditional stock market; it is unlikely that you can afford to buy a whole company (especially when you think about the size and value of something like BHP or Apple!!), but what you can do is buy a share of that company.
CastleCoin provides a similar solution, but rather than buying a share of a company you are buying a share of a property, which in an investment capacity is much like a business anyway.
